How the scores work
Two ways a dupe gets found
222 clones come from the editorial clone index with a stated match percentage. Another 977 we found ourselves: where enough wearers voted that one fragrance smells like a designer original, that pairing is recorded — labelled community-detected, with the vote counts shown.
When an editorial claim and the wearer votes both exist, both numbers are shown. When they diverge, the page says contested instead of hiding it behind one figure.

Lavender and vanilla with a dry tobacco-ish base — Le Male's DNA at pocket-money prices, and the community puts it at 89% agreement. The classic Cuba presentation is a cigar-shaped bottle, which tells you who it is aimed at. Surprisingly wearable for the money, with moderate performance.
Lavender, pineapple and oakmoss in a clean, office-safe crowd-pleaser that has been on shelves since 2011. The source pairs it with Percival, which is a contested call: the community agrees only 80% of the time and the two smell related rather than identical. Performance is moderate, so this is a spray-more-often scent.
Pink pepper and ginger over papyrus, sandalwood and oud: a dry woody composition paired with Gucci Pour Homme from 1976, and the pairing is credible given the papyrus-incense core. Cold-weather, understated, and much more grown-up than most of this list. Longevity is only moderate.
